By purchasing, registering for, or attending the SID USA AI Digital Products Live Workshop (“Workshop”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

The SID USA AI Digital Products Live Workshop is an educational and practical training program designed to teach participants how to research, create, launch and market AI-powered digital products, including strategies for targeting customers in the USA.

The Workshop may include live demonstrations, AI tools, practical implementation, examples, strategies, recordings and other educational resources.

2. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY

The Workshop provides education, strategies, frameworks and practical guidance.

We do not guarantee that you will:

• Make any specific amount of money

• Make $1,000, $3,000, $10,000 or any other amount

• Get customers or sales

• Build a profitable business

• Recover the amount paid for the Workshop

• Achieve any specific result within any specific period

Your results depend on factors including your implementation, effort, skills, market, product, offer, execution, consistency and other factors outside our control.

Any income figures, examples, case studies or results shown during the Workshop are examples and should not be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of your results.

3. LIVE WORKSHOP SCHEDULE

We reserve the right to:

• Change the Workshop date or time

• Reschedule the Workshop

• Modify the session structure

• Change the order or timing of topics

• Cancel a session when reasonably necessary

• Replace a live session with another appropriate learning resource

If we cancel or reschedule a Workshop, participants will be provided with an appropriate alternative resource or arrangement where reasonably possible.

This may include:

• A rescheduled live session

• Previous or relevant Workshop recordings

• A recorded training

• The ₹299 Masterclass or another equivalent educational resource

• Other resources determined by us

Providing an alternative resource does not automatically create a right to a refund.

4. REFUND POLICY

Workshop purchases are generally non-refundable once the purchase has been completed.

Because access may include digital resources, educational material, recordings, bonuses and other resources, refunds are not automatically guaranteed.

If the Workshop is cancelled, postponed or changed by us, we may, at our discretion, provide an alternative session, recording, Masterclass or another appropriate resource instead of a refund.

Any refund, where offered, will be considered on a case-by-case basis and subject to applicable law.

Nothing in this policy is intended to remove or restrict any mandatory consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

• You expected a different teaching style

• You did not implement the strategies

• You did not achieve the expected results
